Texas Star Pharmacy is great! I especially Denise always goes above and beyond to help me! Always willing to help me ! I get prescribed serum tears and travel a ways …she makes sure they are in a pack that keeps them frozen! She wrote the book on customer service! Loretta W.

I was a customer of Texas Star Pharmacy for a couple of years before it became Thesis. I was very satisfied with the product and customer service. That has all changed since Thesis took over. I have been waiting for over ten days for a prescription to be filled. I have called 6 times and been promised that they will expedite it or someone will call me back. I am currently on hold for over twenty minutes to speak to a supervisor and they are all in a meeting and apparently no one is willing to come to the phone. This will lik... read more

Currently going on week four of waiting for my correct prescription with little to no help. They sent it to the wrong address first (after numerous calls on my end to ensure they had the correct address) and then took another week to resend the prescription but only sent one of the two prescriptions. They seem to not worry about filling a prescription until you call to ask about it. And then will use the “sorry we are implementing a new system” excuse for any issue.
