The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. I came to The Warming Store via FYVOR and was told I would receive a ten percent discount at check out. That it would be automatic and that I would not need to enter a coupon code. I never saw the discount applied.
The original package of the gloves has arrived very damaged and full of scratches. The black lining of the gloves was dirty of debris indicating they were not brand new. Used yeti only once and the left glove fingers are warming up much less than the right one!
I emailed twice using warming store contact service soon after placing order to cancel vest. It still shipped and was the wrong size
So I ordered a pair of heated socks & heated hoodie ! I was super excited to see the 2-3 day shipping because I was going to Alaska a few days after I should have received my order. The socks came but the hoodie did not. I waited a few more days before I decided to call. My hoodie was not in stock & wasn’t expected to come in for another few weeks. Product has not lived up to expectations. Even on high heat, gloves barely keep hands warm.
