When I’m offered a promotional code for signing up for email. I expect that to come off the purchase price no matter what I buy. When it does not for some reason I believe that is bs and probably will be my last deal with this company
Been meaning to call customer support. There is reference to a "torch" mode which is activated by the switch on the battery pack near the charge status LEDs. This doesn't work. Also I used the heat last weekend at a football game in Minnesota, and even though I had the liner on the lowest heat setting the battery went flat in 2 hrs. Manual suggests I should get 6. I have another battery, switched to that one, and drained it in 2 hrs as well. These were both fully charged the morning I used them.
Website (at least on a mobile device) is poorly designed and implemented. Items cannot be filtered by RATINGS, which is the single most important filtering metric for many people. Webpages on this site do not allow zooming for magnification of details. And perhaps most egregious of all, the site shows LOGIN prompts EVEN WHEN YOU'RE ALREADY LOGGED-IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT. The website DOES function (albeit at a rather rudimentary level), but the design and implementation of features and functions is quite poor.
Your add said free shipping with the code - 'FREESHIPPING' but it would not give me this when I checked out.

Found item online but phoned to verify it was the correct part. The rep answered quickly and politely asked me to hold while he verified year and model of my MC would work with the cable. Very quick, polite and helpful.
