I am interested in a cooling mattress topper but with the way they push one year or two year warranty coverage, I don’t expect it to be durable. The web site was confusing and kept asking me for my name, after I had already selected Amazon as my payment method and shipping. I am happy to have found a product option other than the very expensive chilly pad nearly 500$. I expect only time will tell if this was a sound purchase. The 2 day shipping charge is outlandish at 60 dollars Amazon is practically free.
Ordered replacement batteries for a vest. The batteries do not work as there is something else wrong with heating in the material itself. Tried to order another vest with the same battery but none available. Flustering as I've spent 120.00 on batteries. Trying to find plus sizes is not easy.
This is the only place I could purchase the product I wanted. Could not find it in any of the stores near me
It was easy to fine what I was looking for. It shows you good pictures and explains the product good. It was easy to buy.
You advertised free shipping and than charge $5.
My experience of the website is fine. Lets wait until I test the product to tell the story of what matters most. The product itself.
Would like the opportunity to review entire purchase, including promotional discounts and shipping charges before actual order is placed.
I ordered a warming jacket that was supposed to have a battery pack and charger but only received the jacket. I contacted customer service and though she said I would receive the missing items, I did not get a sense from her that this was likely to happen. I am not sure she understood or was actually going to fix the problem.
The checkout experience was horrible. I signed in/paid with Amazon, and that should be enough, but it kept bouncing me out saying I had not entered a shipping name. I had to go to the account section to fill that in. No instruction to do this was provided. Also, no estimated date of delivery was provided even though I paid for expedited shipping. 3 to 5 days from when? Free shipping from Amazon is the standard.
