Dr. Bienz was very thorough and explained in detail my X-rays, diagnosis and recommendation for the surgery options. I had a previous consult with another doctor who I waited weeks to see. I waited in the waiting room for an hour after my scheduled appointment time, and the doctor spent 5 minutes with me, with little explanations. I made an appointment and instead of have to wait weeks, or months to see a doctor, I was scheduled within a week of my initial telephone call. Dr. Bienz was quick and thorough in his diagnosis and clearly answered all of my questions. It was an outstanding experience.
Great communications from all staff. Wonderful experience. Hopefully we don’t have to deal with them again, but if another break occurs, PB&J is where it’s at!
