Dr Bienz, his nurse and staff have been professional kind during both of my surgeries. Everything has been explained and all of my questions answered with understanding and patience. Can't thank thos team enough.
I contacted Dr. Bienz after being referred by a good friend of ours who really likes him. I’m up in Northwest Montana so we visited through a zoom call. He is very friendly and explained my MRI and X-Rays in a way I could understand. He’s worth driving down from Montana to have my surgery with.
I saw Dr. Bienz for an evaluation of injuries following a fall. I was greeted promptly and professionally by staff and the doctor. Dr. Bienz , was very pleasant and allowed me to ask questions, then he addressed every concern. I went through several motion tests and he explained the what and why of the problem areas before he proceeded.and then gave me a timeframe on recovery for each issue. I highly recommend using Premier Bone and Joint for your needs.
Dr. Bienz is so kind. His staff is also. I never feel like we're rushed through like some clinics. They really show compassion.
My appointment was on time. Dr Bienz was able to go over the questions I had and help me handle the pain issues I had concerns about. I am very happy with how the surgery and healing process is going, also very glad I worked at preconditioning my body for this. His staff is nice and I appreciate that I can call his office with any additional questions and get someone that will take the time to fill in the blanks.
