The process dragged for 3 months and no communication unless there was an advancement in the process at which time I could just follow the portal. Thomas himself was very helpful and prompt when I actually got ahold of him. I think the fault lies more on the underwriter on my deal as she requested the same docs several time and asked the same questions. Also didn't communicate anything on the lien on my property. Just let the situation sit! Thomas was helpful when I got an answer and his info was good. Just not the process
