This was my first outpatient visit with Mr Forton. He had provided care during my recent hospital stay. I found him to be friendly and professional. Very calm and addressed all concerns. I would recommend him as a provider to my family and friends.
Very organized and explained everything about my upcoming ablation procedure. Treated my wife equally as well and included her in all my instructions and our conversation.
Tom Forton is a top-notch nurse practitioner! I have been to him several times. He asks questions and answers all of yours. I am always very well satisfied after I leave my appointment!
