HORRIBLE. My relative had an accident on city property a few years ago. This law firm was very interested. Went in for review and was told we had a very good case. But, once they found out the city contracted with a small company that poorly maintained city property, that was it. Received a letter in the mail stating :although we think you have a good case we are unable to represent you at this time. We encourage you to move forward with a different law firm. Highly recommend! Very good communication, kept us updated on our case never needed to call them to check on things. They worked hard and got us the insurance policy from the other driver. Wouldn't trust anybody else
