Tom is the consummate professional. I’d contacted two lenders before being referred to Tom — one ghosted me; the other indicated she couldn’t help me. Tom got me refi done at 2% below my previous APR and without issue. He was always responsive and answers all my questions. I highly recommend Tom for mortgage loans and refinances. He was phenomenal.
