On the service team side, Christine was absolutely amazing during the process. Handled everything with the warranty company and kept me updated throughout. She was extremely professional and helpful. The actual work done by the technicians was wonderful as well. Needed a transmission rebuild for my 2020 Expedition. It has only been a couple weeks but it drives like a completely different truck. Very simple process. I called about a truck I liked and let them know I live over 6hrs away. Was able to buy the truck and have it delivered within 2 days. Fast and friendly service. Conner Bralich was my salesman and was quick to answer any of my questions. Would definitely reccomend shopping with this dealership.

Ms. Saselie has been wonderful to work with. When you have a concern she is going to all the right people to get it heard. Very kind and honest. Is also like to recognize Conner for his dedication on making customers feel at ease in the buying process. Going over everything or in my instance an unfortunate experience with another dealer and him trying to make it right. Although things couldn’t align I would go to him if I was looking for a vehicle. Hes been great to work with.
