The management company is great. The price of the apartments are very affordable for this area of town since it’s growing very quickly. I love the location and the renovations they have done to the apartment. I would highly recommend living here.
I wish I could give 10 stars , Samantha has taken wonderful care of me and my family with helping us with our new home we’re very thankful for her they’re really aren’t any words I was struggling and she really went over and beyond to help me where I couldn’t help myself and for that I’m thankful So 10 stars for Miss Samantha
If you’re looking for a competent apartment, look elsewhere. Never have I experienced a roach infestation— or any infestation up until moving into these apartments for two years. Management was poor and maintenance was lackluster and rarely timely, and even prior to maintenance, plenty of ongoing errors persisted. There were constant power shortages because of the faulty breaker box and often unscheduled observations without notice. Property has improved a lot recently under new management. Sam is responsive, helpful and kind.
Roach infested& unprofessional hood chick attendant working the front office. Sent my elderly parents a notice on not paying their rent on time & I showed them that I paid it for them on TIME. She tried to come out her mouth disrespectful & I had to check her . Do your job properly before you send out false literature to the people that keep you employed . Don’t rent from these A-holes
