Bought a 2020 Ford Platinum in August of ‘24 and it has been in the shop 7 times since then. Went today for an oil change and was told I needed front/rear brakes, rotors and an alignment. Took it to another shop for a second opinion and was told I needed none of the above!! It’s sad you pay almost 40k for a vehicle and it’s in the shop more than you get to drive it!

They have had my vehicle for over a month and still haven't fixed it. It's been nothing but one lie after another. My rental period has expired and now I'm without a vehicle. I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else.

Placed on hold for 20mins and then after-hours voicemail turned on 15 mins prior to closing. Spent 36 mins trying to reach someone during business hours. I will not buy a vehicle, parts or recommend this dealership in the future.
