The staff here is extremely friendly, but the location is a nightmare—getting in and out is nearly impossible. On top of that, every time I leave, there are still spots of dirt on my vehicle because the employees are rushed due to the poor layout. They simply don’t have the time or space to properly spray down each car. The staff does their best, but there’s only so much they can do with such a poorly designed location.
I was visiting went to took my friends car wash and my car wash not cleaned rims also we’re still dirty as heck. Employees looked to busy chatting. Car didn’t come out dry either. And I had water spots all over. Car wash smelled also like diapers Save your money go else where! Went down the road to the car wash I think Jeff’s car wash went through there tunnel it did what you guys couldn’t clean also.
Just following up my post from a couple of days ago. I complained that the Danville location cameras do not recognize my license plate and I have to always wait for someone to come let me in. Also I complained that they are not pre-washing the vehicles like they used too. I went back today and they had an attendant on each lane at the gate assisting with getting people in and they did a much better job of pre-washing the truck. Well done. The staff are doing much better at keeping the spots open to paying customers. Thank You! I wish the dryer would dry the car better and my wheels and undercarriage are not gotten at all through the wash
I used this car wash since opening and only began to be dissatisfied, I wanted to discuss this with a rep and asked for a phone number from a worker and he told me to just use google instead of helping me. Once I finally found the number they gave no care as to why I was cancelling or tried to keep my business. I had to run my car through twice and it still wasn’t completely clean. The service just isn’t what it used to be.
