It seems like a different crew every week. One crew will brush both sides of your vehicle, while one will not attempt to do anything (usually the driver side person). Lately it seems that the car wash is not drying your car and leaving spots all over the vehicle where you have to dry by hand. It seems as if equipment and personnel or start to fail. Steven was great! He found the error in the system that doesn't recognize my membership status, He came back to me to explain the problem and resolved it with a smile and sweet attitude. I appreciated his listening to me and resolving the issue professionally. The car wash is fun, and the staff have all been great to us! Thank you again Steven.
I pay a membership fee for THREE vehicles here, and it is becoming commonplace for this location to close before posted business hours, or just “whenever” . The website STILL shows this locations business hours as closing at 7pm, (last updated 3 weeks ago) - yet they close at 6pm- Today I show up and get in line at 5:42pm and I’m met by an employee telling me that they close at six, and if I haven’t made it through the line by then, they will be “setting out the cones” turning the rest away and closing - but he “thinks” I m... read more
All I have to say is I'm from Texas and needed a car wash and it was a very pleasant, thorough experience! The lady with the short hair was very kind in washing my Mats for me and just super friendly! 11/10 recommend!
I have been a loyal member since this place opened. It seems now like they have tons of business, but rather than keeping up with the quality that got them this business, they're just rushing cars through. I have come way more frequently because after every wash my car is still soaked. The dry time is almost non existent and this has caused water spots EVERYWHERE
