Your staff has been responsive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They take direction based on our needs and they are very respectful of our wishes. My daughter and I had been trying to find suitable accommodations for my wife without luck. Nurse Courtney got her an emergency admission when her visit coincided with bring her home from an emergency visit to the hospital after having fallen and spending the night on the floor. We are forever grateful.
