Liz our nurse is amazing and our CNA Caily (sp) was very professional and kind . Karen the social worker and Julie the Chaplain were very available, kind and generous with their time . The support provided was priceless and the time we needed to call 24 hr line could not have been more efficient, helpful and supportive. The only issue I would have is with the pharmacy you have to use. They only delivered with in the day once, nurses having to spend a lot of time tracking down medications, in my opinion. My 92 year old mother has been with Three Oaks since October- we had a few stints in hospital and it was disastrous. She is now home and is doing so much better and is so much happier- the care and attention we receive from Three Oaks has been a blessing. The staff are friendly and compassionate and the communication is great, from the visits to having her medications delivered, it makes this journey a lot easier. I work full time and care for her so the support is a lifesaver, both physically and mentally.

Totally satisfied with the staff and continued availability and visits. My wife Carole, the patient, enjoys all the visits from your caring staff. We are long life Christians. The Chaplin visits are an unexpected delight and joy for both of us.

Everyone was very kind and took very good care of my mom. They also took care of any concerns we had and always came out to house if we needed them to. Our nurse Paula was WONDERFUL. Becky our aid took AWSOME care of my mom and always treated my mom with love. Julie our Chaplin was Wonderful also. She also took care of our whole family.
