Been trying to get ahold of them to schedule an appt for my mom that has end stage kidney failure and it ALWAYS goes to vm. And call backs are nonexistent. This is super disappointing. You are supposed to be able to trust the people that are to take care of your loved one and they have missed the mark tremendously. Our family is beyond grateful for the care and support we received from this hospice team, especially our RN case manager, Lindsey Prince. From the very beginning, Lindsey showed such genuine compassion and care, not just for my grandmother, but for our entire family. Terrible experience. Sometimes it took days to get a phone call returned. Then when it came time to transfer my wife to hospice care they told the hospital case manager that she wasn’t a patient with them. I called to see what the problem was and still haven’t received an answer. I cannot recommend this company for Palliative Care, I would recommend trying anyone else.

Incredibly poorly run institution. We've been trying to get in touch with them to get details regarding an initial consultation bill. Trying now for over five weeks and no one has gotten back to us. At least one of the person we dealt with was named Molly, who had promised to return an answer but never did. Everyone from Three Oaks Pallative Care has been absolutely amazing from my 1st phone call to them asking for help. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help. So easy to schedule appointments with them and their follow up reminders.
