Terrible experience. Sometimes it took days to get a phone call returned. Then when it came time to transfer my wife to hospice care they told the hospital case manager that she wasn’t a patient with them. I called to see what the problem was and still haven’t received an answer. I cannot recommend this company for Palliative Care, I would recommend trying anyone else.
Incredibly poorly run institution. We've been trying to get in touch with them to get details regarding an initial consultation bill. Trying now for over five weeks and no one has gotten back to us. At least one of the person we dealt with was named Molly, who had promised to return an answer but never did. Everyone from Three Oaks Pallative Care has been absolutely amazing from my 1st phone call to them asking for help. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help. So easy to schedule appointments with them and their follow up reminders.
Palliative Care has been good for me because I cannot get out to go to the doctor all the time when I need to and everyone from the doctor to the nurse to the secretary has all been very sweet and kind when we talk and make sure everything is done thank you to all of you I appreciate y’all.
They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
