Great place for wheels and customer service. I have had my fair share of miscommunications mostly on my end as to ETA of stuff but they have always came through and reassured my confidence. I have purchased Heritage custom wheels many years ago and they are still in amazing condition. I also purchased vintage wheels on Black Friday sale with great success.
I've giving 1 star because my order was processed in a timely manner, but other than that, when I attempted to install the wheels the lug bolts didn't fit. I immediately called customer service and that issue still hasn't been resolved. On top of that, and most importantly, when I grab the spotlight to see better in my garage, I realize that the black wheels that I ordered weren't even black. Got my first set of three piece wheels from these guys. The wheels and fit were perfect as described. I did have to get my wheels resized when I ordered them which took a very long time in my opinion but the end product was worth the wait.
I got sold THREE leaky wheels that I had to all get resealed because these guys are so incompetent and don’t know how to seal wheels correctly. When I tried to reach out to them they just ignored me, when I expressed my frustration they just blocked me on all social media platforms. Their “once you mount the wheels on tires, they can’t be returned.” philosophy is utter garbage. Would give 3.5 stars but only let me put 4 stars. Their customer service 5/5 you send them an email and they call you within the hour. Only complaint is I wish they knew the bore sizes of their own wheels they sell and advertise them on the website. The wheels i bought have a bore size of 72.6 and they sent me 73.1 hub centric rings. This is before i knew what Hub centric rings were meant for until i realize they sent me the wrong ones and had to do my own research to find the correct size rings i needed.
