Drove this Ranger from Auckland down to Gisborne and back, and it handled everything with ease. The roads had a fair bit going on with roadworks, uneven surfaces, and areas with recent slips but the truck felt solid and reliable the whole way through. Comfortable to drive, great visibility, and more than capable on those rougher stretches. It did exactly what it needed to do without any issues. Pick-up was good, but drop-off was even better. I was sceptical when I booked a Ford Mustang for just $200 per day and was not entirely sure whether I would actually receive that vehicle. However, it was not just a Mustang, but a 5.0L model in excellent condition with only 30,000 km on the odometer. I had a great experience driving it and found both the pick-up and drop-off processes straightforward and efficient. Although I have only booked with them once, based on this experience I would use their service again. Overall, it was excellent value with no issues.

FRAUD. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I extended for 5 days @ $46 pd and they took $833.25 from my card and would not refund! Thats $166.65 pd. There website shows the car is currently only $41 pd. They dont even have a car over $110 pd. Criminal. (The photo doesnt show the other $164.26 they stole without an invoice)

I had no issue with the car but mostly the service which was very different for Asian and Caucasian. The guy at the counter was serving a Caucasian customer right in front of me and he was all friendly and even explained how toll works, what to take note of. When it’s my turn, there was zero smile but cold treatment. He even got my email address wrong resulting in me not receiving the rental agreement at all. I was a little weary of this as I was a foreign visitor that had never reserved a car in NZ but I have no complaints. Easy check-in and return. Vehicle was true to what I reserved. Good service with no scams.
