Interestingly our recent experience mirrors other recent reviews where we have been charged for alleged damage that did not occur. A car cannot sustain hail damage when there is no hail... It appears the use of AI systems to check cars on return pick up things that are not visible to the naked eye, nor even visible in the photos provided. Is it in the staff training manual to comment on a customer's age, looks and appearance? I took the high horse and not respond (as I am not that kinda guy, and trust me, a lot could be said back). Call me if you need me to revamp your customer service training script for you. Disrespectful staff! Feel free to reach out for more details. And to customers in the market for a car hire, this review is your heads-up.
Horrible service, we arrived there only to find out that for some reason we couldn’t get our car from here? Mind you, the site explicitly said “come here and get your car.” They expected us to drive to another location to pick up a car… DRIVE THERE WITH WHAT? The uber was 44$, so that wasn’t awesome. The guy at the service desk for both locations was also of absolute minimal help. Rent from some place else, spend a bit more money, this place isn’t worth the headache.
Worst rental company. They will take your money once return without proper transparency. The guy at the counter told no issue if we send the car back with lesser battery. Then once returned, charge us an amount. Never happend with Sixt. All is free. Suddenly the car was very clean and yet they charged $90 for cleaning. Then we pick up at the same spot an return at the same location, they charged again $50. This is stupid and unnecessary charges where we had followed all the request.
