I would like to thank you massively for the smooth and incredible service. I was fortunate enough to be able to hire a car where no other car rental services within the vicinity were able to assist as they only accept deposits via physical card and not digital (it's 2025 for crying out loud). I highly recommend this establishment and will come back again if I happen to be in Darwin.

DON’T BOOK WITH THRIFTY. Having to wait over 2 hours in the middle of the night with 2 small very tired children is unacceptable. They only have one staff member and it takes 2Omims per person. I have never seen a more inefficient system. Every other car hire desk had more than 1 person.

Arrived in town and made a last minute decision to hire a car. Booked it through Kayak. At the airport we were attended to by Claire. She's a wonderful credit to the Thrifty team. Great experience. Opened until 1am so good for the late flight arrival from Melbourne. Fast and straightforward checkin process. When I had an issue with the mileage the communication was fast and quickly resolved. Car was fantastic and in great condition. Overall couldn't imagine any improvements.
