Edit: My AC finally got fixed after a month and a half. Cool. I was so done hearing different things from different people, but before it got resolved, I received a call from the manager at Vesta. She seemed super sweet and told me I’d be getting a 50–75% rent credit. I figured that was some decent damage repair. Fast forward to June 30, I go to pay rent, and there’s no discount applied. See my Google review, and all of the other one star reviews for this complex. I am beyond hurt and disappointed. I would've loved for this to work out, but after the way my family and I were treated, I will get as far away from this place as I can. I am blown away at how heartless Camille Denning (regional manager) has been in this situation. And it is clear it hasn't just been us. The recent one star reviews from other tenants should be enough to keep others away from this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this apartment complex was truly awful and beyond disappointing. My husband, daughter, and I, along with 2 pets moved across the country—from Michigan to Oklahoma—expecting at least a livable space after a long trip. What we got was nothing short of disgusting. The apartment smelled overwhelmingly of cat urine the second we opened the door. It was completely uninhabitable. No one should have to live in those conditions, let alone pay for them.
