My 107lb King German Shepherd, Denali, gets ear infections during spring/summer. This year was bad & there was blood when I tried to clean his ears & he was in pain. I brought him in today to be seen and to get relief for him. The entire staff & Dr. were compassionate, professional & took great care of him. To start off I would like to thank every single staff member that was involved with taking care of my dog Winston. A couple weeks ago he cut his leg running around. As soon as I noticed I called Thrive to see if they could see him, they immediately told me to bring him in and calmed me down and ensured me if they couldn’t handle it they would help me figure out where to take him next. I couldn’t be more happier with this place. First they saved my baby dog. Not sure what was wrong w her but she was throwing up so bad out of the blue and straining so bad while she threw up. Couldn’t hold any water down so it scared me to death. First I called the office the receptionist walked me through exactly what to expect coming in. I can’t say enough great things about Thrive Urgent Care. My dog Lily woke up in the morning breathing heavily, restless and a bad ear infection. My regular vet could not get us in with it being a Saturday and recommended calling here and I am so happy I did. Every staff member was SO nice and thoughtful. My dog has pretty bad vet anxiety, and they were extremely patient with her.
