I visited Thriveworks back in November 2023. This was going to be the first big step to my mental healing journey and I was very excited to meet with Tonie Protzman for an introductory counseling session. Unfortunately, it didn't go as well as hoped. Throughout the initial conversation, I knew right off the bat that she was not going to be there for me as a counselor. Ms.Noel is my first real therapist , and she's gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and she's made it a point to move at my own pace while still keeping me in tune with goals that she's help me made . Very kind , a great listener , and just an overall good person :) I was honestly really scared of getting professional help for a long time , but she makes the environment very relaxing and she doesn't judge me for talking at the speed of light every week . Noel Tyler is a great therapist. She is warm, approachable, and I found it quite easy to open up to her. She helped me greatly and I am grateful for her compassionate care.
Noel Tyler is kind, reliable, genuine and easy to relate to. I have worked with her professionally and I have seen the way she cares deeply for her clients. She is such a good listener and serves her clients well by caring for their needs and helping them set and achieve goals. She has a calm, peaceful manner and I believe many clients benefit from her services.
I've been seeing Noel Tyler since November 2022 and she has been very helpful and kind! She has introduced me to EMDR therapy and it has made a world of difference that I and those close to me have noticed and appreciated. I definitely recommend her for anyone dealing with anxieties in their daily life and needing someone to talk to who provides an environment of non-judgement!
