This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Called and made an appointment set for a few days out for psych for medication management. I just moved to the state and got insurance so my supply was running low and it was the soonest possible solution for me. They made me a psych appointment and a therapy appointment. They canceled both appointments due to a “admin glitch” when I called to reschedule they said they weren’t taking new patients for psych. Licensed psychiatrist was wonderful and listened intently but even though I listed all my medications and spoke with the office on the phone about medication they waited until I was in an appointment that I would be charged for to tell me they couldn’t treat me because of my medication
At my intake session, my provider was more attentive and helpful than the psychiatrist I'd been going to for the last three years. The application and intake process was easy, and the coordinator was extremely nice and informative.
Was smooth and what I needed at that moment. Counselor made me feel comfortable and safe.
Was supposed to get an hour only received 20 minutes 10 minutes was him on silent just looking at us both times
