They might tell you that your insurance covers the care, but CHECK FOR YOURSELF. I called and the intake said my insurance covered it. Then I get two sessions and am hit with a huge bill. It's FIVE TIMES what I paid for similar services. Once I saw the bill, I called in and was told that I should have checked with my provider and the intake specialist was wrong. Do not schedule. They will show you providers who CANNOT do the services you want and then charge you $300! I called to ask for a refund and all they said was to call their customer service internally. I would not recommend.
Tried a family session with a counselor named Charlotte Williams. She could not have been any worse. She suggested the most irresponsible things, and was clueless on the topics being discussed (a family member with substance abuse issues). It was horrible. And, it was virtual and she was not alone. I could hear other people in the background including a baby that she ended up picking up on screen during the session. This is a violation of HIPPA laws.
