I was skeptical of “online” therapy but after 5 sessions I have no concerns. My therapist listens to me, is engaged in the conversation, provides valid feedback and suggestions, offers education on emotional journeys and challenges me to heal. I have never felt like I didn’t have her full attention, she is always focused on me and my needs. She has made herself available outside my sessions if an emergency arises or if I just need a quick 3rd party to vent to. I kinda randomly picked a counselor from the website when I was going through some stuff and needed to talk fairly quickly. Got an appointment that day. My counselor Brianna has been very easy to talk to and very helpful with helping me see multiple different ways to look at and cope with various parts of the process. She also knows when to listen and let me get things out. The workbooks have been helpful. If the rest of the counselors in the business are as good then I highly recommend giving them a shot.
Excellent and very professional service from Shirley today, as during each session. She has really improved my overall mental and emotional state through counseling and medications. She is a very patient listener and very pleasant to help my health care! I would recommend her to anyone! Tom Carroll
Brianna is my counselor and Robb is my psych NP. Brianna is so nice and provides such a welcoming environment where I feel safe talking about everything. Robb helped me get on the right medication to help with my anxiety. The dual approach of both of them have really helped me in ways I am very grateful for. 5/6/2025 UPDATE: After effective communication with Thriveworks, we resolved the matter amicably and respectfully to where it was pleasing to both of us. There was grace and understanding given on both ends. I've since resumed sessions for my child with complete understanding on their standards and procedures related to their practice. I'm humbled by their commitment and dedication to the well being of all as a whole. Thank you Thriveworks for working together to resolve a miscommunication on us both.
