Krystle Landes was my therapist and I would recommend her to everyone. She is kind and compassionate on top of also being so knowledgeable in how to truly help in every situation. The psychiatrist and Therapist are awesome, but BEWARE!!! their billing department will charge you for appointments that were cancelled by the Therapist and then not return your money. I have filed a dispute with the bank and notified my insurance company whom they also charged. I have all the proof, the email, the bank statement and invoice. The Billing sept sucks and is horrible! Don’t let them steal your money too!
I have both worked with and supervised Lance. He is an outstanding counselor, able to create caring professional relationships and safe space for his clients. He has admirable integrity, is a great listener and a highly skilled professional. The counseling profession is better with Lance as a member.
I got my son an appt here..he had 2 appt with a woman that did not speak clear english. She orescribed him wellbutrin that has done nothing but make him worse. He ACCIDENTLY missed his last zoom appt and now I see a charge on my card for 160 bucks..I called and they can't do anything because he is 20. I told him to call and complain about this bogus charge and then tell thrive to cancel his account and forget they ever saw him. What a crooked hoax of a place. I am livid. Chaz Higgins is his name.
