Would give 0 stars if I could. Met with a psychiatrist through this service after waiting MONTHS for an appointment and going without my meds because of that. Finally I get a 60 min intro appointment - she has me sit in the zoom waiting room for 15 minutes before calling me to say that I was late and she would be hanging up soon. So I call back and explain that I had been waiting that whole time, and she let me into the zoom. Dr. Martin makes it easy to talk about anything. He's gives me good responses that help me to think.
Krystle Landes was my therapist and I would recommend her to everyone. She is kind and compassionate on top of also being so knowledgeable in how to truly help in every situation. With everything happening in my crazy life, she was never caught off guard. She always had some kind of tool to help or help me to see what i was unable to due to being too close to the situation. The psychiatrist and Therapist are awesome, but BEWARE!!! their billing department will charge you for appointments that were cancelled by the Therapist and then not return your money. I have filed a dispute with the bank and notified my insurance company whom they also charged. I have all the proof, the email, the bank statement and invoice. The Billing sept sucks and is horrible! Don’t let them steal your money too!
