They can charge me $135 if I cancel less then 48 hours, but when it comes to them canceling they don’t have to give any notice. I felt completely like a business, instead of a human. I made the mistake of canceling my appointment at 5:58 instead of 10, and terminated my service, and they still want to charge me $135. If I was continuing on with services I would pay the $135, but I will not be treated this way.
My experience was a positive one all around, it went great, smoother than I could or would of ever imagined, I was really nervous and had talked myself into knowing it wasn't going to work for me and that turned out not to be true at all, the person I worked with was very professional and very understanding and caring, I was very grateful from the very beginning of the session. It looks like it may be one of the greatest moves I've ever done for myself.

I am giving this company a 1 star because of their billing department. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get them to issue a refund to me, and my insurance company and myself have tried contacting them multiple times about it. It’s unfortunate that this is a mental health provider & company and they are causing a lot of headache. I hope people can find the care they need!!
I was about to sign the consent form to become a client, but then I saw they charge a $135 cancellation fee if I am 10 minutes late to an appointment. That doesn't seem right; so I don't feel comfortable dealing with this company, even though I am desperate to find a therapist.
