My therapist Chris is awesome the rest of the company I would never reccomend probably one of the worst experiences with their med management you could possibly have. They will do your med management and then if you have an adverse reaction tell you its not their problem. Completely irresponsible and unethical. Don't go here, you were warned
I am extremely happy to have found a place like Thriveworks Counseling. The best thing about it for me is working with my therapist Kay. I am blessed to have her as my therapist. She has such a positive attitude, she has a beautiful soul, she makes me feel so comfortable I feel as if I’ve known her forever. I feel so secure, peaceful, and cared for by Kim. I was able to easily make an appointment for my daughter to meet with a therapist only to be called the day before the appointment, and informed that that therapist doesn’t see adolescents. I explained our situation and was promised a returned call with information to an appropriate therapist. The call never came. I’m left out on my own again. Frustrating for sure. They never refunded my $49 account set up fee either.
Thrive works has met all my expectations and more. I was new to therapy and they were able to get me an appointment immediately with Kay, whom I recommend highly. The space is professional but warm, and Kay has been really amazing in providing a supportive space to work with me on different areas of my life. I would recommend to anyone looking to try therapy or life coaching or anyone who's previously tried and hasn't found an appropriate match.
My family and I found ourselves needing counseling services after a sudden death in our family. I'm a woman of faith and a firm believer that everything happens for a reason.
