Shelly is great. Shelly offers suggestions, makes you think and is very understanding. On a side note, your billing system is less than desirable. I feel It would be a better practice to wait for the insurance company to provide the explanation of benefits within the 30 days, which is standard rather than billing the client the day after the appointment for the full rate and then later, providing the credit. This is being done even though insurance eligibility is verified prior to the first appointment.

I am extremely happy to have found a place like Thriveworks Counseling. The best thing about it for me is working with my therapist Kay. I am blessed to have her as my therapist. She has such a positive attitude, she has a beautiful soul, she makes me feel so comfortable I feel as if I’ve known her forever. I feel so secure, peaceful, and cared for by Kim.
