Shelly is great. Shelly offers suggestions, makes you think and is very understanding. On a side note, your billing system is less than desirable. I feel It would be a better practice to wait for the insurance company to provide the explanation of benefits within the 30 days, which is standard rather than billing the client the day after the appointment for the full rate and then later, providing the credit. This is being done even though insurance eligibility is verified prior to the first appointment.
These people keep billing me after I cancelled their membership and asked to delete my data over email. They never responded to the second request. Then they tried to bill me after I never filled out the consent form. So that’s inconsistent. They are not the happy go lucky therapy they claim to be. It’s fraud.
Jennifer was very professional and extremely easy to share with and talk too. She has helped me get a plan to move forward to a healthier me.
I am extremely happy to have found a place like Thriveworks Counseling. The best thing about it for me is working with my therapist Kay. I am blessed to have her as my therapist. Thrive works has met all my expectations and more. I was new to therapy and they were able to get me an appointment immediately with Kay, whom I recommend highly. The space is professional but warm, and Kay has been really amazing in providing a supportive space to work with me on different areas of my life. I would recommend to anyone looking to try therapy or life coaching or anyone who's previously tried and hasn't found an appropriate match.
