I had therapy here while I was in grad school. Lovely space, lovely people. My therapist was awesome. However I can't get in contact with them to get my records transferred to the practice I go to now as the email is not able to receive emails or is just broken atm. And as many other reviews mentioned I have not been able to successfully reach a human for days now. Hopefully the owner will see this and remedy the email!
Because I lost a job and insurance and had to stop treatment until insurance was acquired I was basically rejected as a patient again. Oh and let me say this since that time I was in a crisis, had to get meds through family dr, and I need support again for med management. And this is why people with serious issues end up hurting themselves, because of a lack of support from offices that say they’re here for you
I worked closely with Vida Adansi, and all I can say is "Wow!" I feel like I've grown so much since starting my sessions with her. She's helped greatly by teaching me different techniques to control and sense my emotions; helping me walk through some hard conversations/setting boundaries; brief grief counseling; and even worked with me prenatal and postpartum. I felt like we clicked right away from the beginning. Ms. Vida Adansi is kind and gives it to you straight. Thank you for all your help.
My husband and I have been using this practice for several years now. We are comfortable with our current therapists. My husband transitioned smoothly to his current therapist when his previous one left the practice for another job opportunity. Both current therapists have been wonderful about scheduling additional appointments or rescheduling appointments as needed, and with troubleshooting different telehealth programs (our technology has become unable to update in the last few months and some programs require updates to w... read more
Unprofessional, Don’t waste your time. I was treated here for 2 years and there was a point I really enjoyed this clinic and the therapist I was provided. I took the time to write a glowing email about how the therapist was an amazing help to me and how I admired the clinic. Until recently I lost a parent, and they fired my therapist with no warning or final session.!?
