Lori Thornton stop seeing me randomly! I just had a baby, and went through the darkest time of my life while not having my medication managed appropriately by Lori. She never dismissed me appropriately or said anything in writing just started ignoring me. I was never a problem patient, her communication is just awful. This practice has been phenomenal in helping me and my family out! I would recommend to any individual person searching for a quality therapy practice that they can trust in the Atlanta area. The clinicians are accommodating and willing to listen to my needs.
I have been working with Thriveworks and their staff for a few weeks now. I have nothing but great things to say about them and their employees. My son has been seen by Stephanie and he really enjoys the sessions they have had. He never volunteers information without me asking and he quickly stated how much he loves what she's doing with and for him. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Thriveworks to anyone. They have truly been a pleasure to work with.
Called the help line to schedule an appointment. Made one later that day for telehealth, made a profile, set up my card on file, and waited for my appointment but my counselor never showed up. I called the help line three more times...no one could transfer me, I was hung up on, and they reportedly messaged my counselor to call my phone number but I never received any notifications.
