This place is a SCAM do not go here!! First off, I was unfortunately recommended by my insurance to call this place for a therapist because it was in-network. When i called to find out how much my copay would be, they said they had no way of knowing that and i had to ask my insurance. So then i ask my insurance, and they lead me back to thriveworks saying it is their company and they have to tell me that. it takes about a whole week for them to confirm my copay even though they had a copy of my insurance card the whole time.... read more
