This counseling center is terrible. I set up an appointment. The same day I set up my appointment I was terminated from my job. Being respectful towards my appointment I called and canceled my appointment. After much review of the policy. I am currently without a job, 5 months pregnant. They are still forcing me to pay $135 cancellation fee. However it was 2 days prior. They do not care about anyone’s mental health. Please do not go to thriveworks. they are thieves. They will tell you that $0 cost from your card. That you are covered through your insurance. Is all lies. They will give you a heavy bill you will not believe without even telling you, have such a bill.
