So sad to give a poor review because my therapists were excellent. However the team behind the scenes doing billing and payments offer the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They billed my insurance incorrectly and assured me they were fixing the issue only to charge a card I had taken off file for an amount they swore they had fixed. I then sat on hold for 40 mins back and forth while they kept stating they were getting me a supervisor and then told me I had to wait two days as no one was available.

Absolutely love Katie!!! She has been so accommodating and supportive. Our sessions through Zoom are convenient! So glad I was referred to Thriveworks!

Continuing to work with Elizabeth Treger is a wonderful experience. Elizabeth takes care of her patients from a psychological point of view. Elizabeth is caring and makes you feel right at home. She is a wonderful clinician and works diligently to understand and work with you on your thoughts and issues.
