I called Thriveworks to schedule a new appointment as a new patient. I spent over an hour on the phone with Kay, who was very kind. I was set up with the appropriate doctors to help with my specific needs who also accepted my insurance. However, about a week later, the day of my appointment, I got text messages and emails saying my appointments were canceled. They waste 30 min of your time going through 101 questions without telling you if they accept your Insurance than they want to take your credit card for a membership fee you can cancel at any time. Don't waste your time.
Sam is such a empathetic and down to earth therapist. She cares about clients holistically and addresses multiple factors that may be impacting mental health. Her background in yoga and mindfulness based interventions is definitely a valuable supplement to therapy.
