Hello, might have sent just saying “none”. Thought it was a Google question. As for my session it was very insightful. Melissa Elbert is helping me to understand several issues that I have. Some can get better and some I have to live with. Our sessions feel like I’m talking to a friend. I’m so glad I picked her for my therapist. :-)
This is my second time seeing a therapist and I have been having a MUCH better experience here than my first time around! Really positive experiences with Nan! Effective and insightful comments/questions and I feel like I'm really starting to make progress understanding my issues.
Excellent experience thus far, easy to use platform, payments are processed efficiently and therapist is helpful, understanding and supportive.
Therapist was a very good listener offered good advice, very friendly and attentive! Great experience overall.
Not professional at all said they accepted the insurance then cancelled because they didn't and when I called the lady acted like it was a big deal and put me on hold three times
