Ms. Rebeccah is very caring. She actually sends information that is very helpful with just moving to Ohio. I highly respect and recommend her. She is easy to feel comfortable with and I trust her, which that in no way comes easy for me.
We really liked our counselor but there's so limited male counselors. The cancellation/missed apt rates are steep and not ADHD friendly but if you're good at keeping appointments and have insurance they have a lot of therapists/counselors and a nice search filter function. They are one of the more expensive therapy platforms. I wish Thriveworks would work on their system and appointment scheduling UI. You have to go to past sessions to book a session ahead. Hello, might have sent just saying “none”. Thought it was a Google question. As for my session it was very insightful. Melissa Elbert is helping me to understand several issues that I have. Some can get better and some I have to live with. Our sessions feel like I’m talking to a friend. I’m so glad I picked her for my therapist. :-)
