Be careful. Thriveworks charges membership fee after they ask my credit card information saying they aren't going to charge anything and bill every month even though it clearly says one time fee. I called the customer service for ask refund, but they say no because "one time fee" means "one time fee for every month."
0 stars!!!!This place is ridiculous my son started going here in April I asked for them to do a single case agreement until his counselor got approved through our insurance and here I am almost 6 months later calling every week to get them to do something they keep telling me they will reach out to a manager and a the people that fill out the form and we have gotten no where I still have never received a phone call from manager or have not gotten them to return the form to the insurance.
