Valentina Gasparro has been so helpful to me. I’ve been seeing her for about two months now. I have complex ptsd, a ton of trauma, panic disorder and major depression. We’ve been working on EMDR and other therapies and I already feel a difference. I don’t feel so depressed, overwhelmed or anxiety ridden. I am so lucky to have found you Valentina. My therapist is friendly & engaging but also helpful in guiding me to make good decisions. I have learned quite a bit about myself. Most importantly, I have learned how I think and why. Now I’m working on making needed adjustments.
