Therapists are great and have really helped out. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The billing department is the worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. Dont ever give them your credit card. They never bill correctly they over charge and you will have to fight with them after every visit. When you call they never seem to be able to find the problem on there end. You can ask if you own them anything else after talking for an hour they will tell you your balance is zero then in a few days you will randomly have... read more
Paid 200 out of pocket for a 20 minute session, half of it was mark typing. Waste of money, waste of time. Had the audacity to try and reschedule me a week later. Grow some balls people and figure it out on your own. You don’t need to talk to these socially awkward people😂
Cristina Perera has been so wonderful in my therapy journey. She goes above and beyond to help her clients and gives you unique, individualized treatment, not just generic therapy. Would recommend a thousand times over, I feel extremely lucky to have her!
Naina is amazing. She is the most professional, compassion, empathetic, and open-minded social worker.
