First couple of video sessions with MARCY WEST were nice, I feel like she was compassionate and listened sincerely. I also appreciate the wide range of availability she and other Thriveworks counselors have. There are more sessions booked and there's more work to do, but so far I'm enjoying my experience.
I’m extremely disappointed and feel completely deceived. Before starting therapy, I specifically asked the scheduler to check my copay because I cannot afford high-cost sessions. I was told my copay should be $0, and at most $30 since I have BCBS insurance. This reassured me and I proceeded with therapy, only to find out two months later—after my sessions had been processed—that I owe $860. You'll get charged a no-show fee in less than 24 hours if your counselor makes a mistake on the time of your appointment and it will take up to 2 weeks to be refunded. The billing hotline representative was not friendly, helpful, or competent enough to understand my issue despite explaining the issue 4 times in very simple terms. Definitely not the right place for me as I can't afford to pay for my counselor's mistakes.

We have been seeing Marcy West for couples counseling almost two years now and she has been amazing! She has helped us communicate more effectively and we came to her at a low in our relationship. We love her wisdom and how much she cares for us. She is very flexible in her schedule and always accommodating. Highly recommend Marcy!
