First couple of video sessions with MARCY WEST were nice, I feel like she was compassionate and listened sincerely. I also appreciate the wide range of availability she and other Thriveworks counselors have. There are more sessions booked and there's more work to do, but so far I'm enjoying my experience.
They have had multiple providers quit on me without any notice or assistance..If you receive medication from them they may please you high and dry for months without care. They should have their license pulled. Also, clueless about ADA.
I’m extremely disappointed and feel completely deceived. Before starting therapy, I specifically asked the scheduler to check my copay because I cannot afford high-cost sessions. I was told my copay should be $0, and at most $30 since I have BCBS insurance. This reassured me and I proceeded with therapy, only to find out two months later—after my sessions had been processed—that I owe $860. We have been seeing Marcy West for couples counseling almost two years now and she has been amazing! She has helped us communicate more effectively and we came to her at a low in our relationship. We love her wisdom and how much she cares for us. She is very flexible in her schedule and always accommodating. Highly recommend Marcy!
I've been seeing Marcy for about a year and she's helped me transition through so many struggles. Her schedule allows me to see her when needed and not necessarily a set rotation. She's opened me up to start analyzing my thoughts processes in a healthier way, because of her empathetic approach to my unique situations. Love her and appreciate her wisdom, She is so insightful and guides me to see things in myself that I've never been able to see. I think of her as my spiritual guide, I highly highly recommend.
