They canceled my appointment then billed me anyway. when asked they refused to refund saying they had a second appointment. I did not make a second appointment. My insurance copay was $40 they took $99. Rip off. Stay away.
I truly hate writing this review because I loved my therapist so much, but I have to because I don't know what else to do at this point. I've talked to 7 people here regarding the same issue over the past few months (three of those phone calls were an hour). If I could give zero stars I would. My therapist had the possibility of being good. However, I could not work with the billing department or customer service department. First they "require" that you pay an extra $39 / month fee for services that I don't need and won't use. Then they removed my insurance from file and made me a cash pay only. They then charged my credit card for the one session I have had. I have called them 5 times and sent multiple emails over 2 months and they still refuse to bill my insurance. My insuran... read more
