I just completed my 3rd session and I am very happy with the services. My therapist is awesome and is helping me tremendously in working through my thoughts and emotions. She makes me feel comfortable and understood !
I have had 2 appointments so far with Dr. Jack St Jean and they went really well . He was very clear with his expectations for treatment and I felt like he was really listening to my history to try and help me . I would recommend him to my family and friends that need help navigating mental health medications .
Mary Kate and Kathryn Allen are the best therapist hands down. My 7yr old and I are very satisfied with all the help they have provided us with. I highly recommend these two! Trust me you wont regret it.
The zoom meeting went well. Cassi is very relatable and kind. She listens and has good advice.
Really love!! This is really helpful. I've been seeing Kelly Gilfillan, and she's been sooooooo helpful. I'm starting to improve, and I'm looking forward to more telehealth visits. It's an easy process, and it's better than having to leave the house to go somewhere. I have the comfort of home and no stress of driving, signing in, waiting in a room where I might be overstimulated, and I just get to deal with my stuff. And Kelly is a great psych!
