When I was in therapy with Thriveworks it was great! I had my last session in October of 2023 and they have been trying to charge me since 2024 for sessions I never had. I would encourage you to not do therapy with them because this is a headache!
Really love!! This is really helpful. I've been seeing Kelly Gilfillan, and she's been sooooooo helpful. I'm starting to improve, and I'm looking forward to more telehealth visits. It's an easy process, and it's better than having to leave the house to go somewhere. I have the comfort of home and no stress of driving, signing in, waiting in a room where I might be overstimulated, and I just get to deal with my stuff. And Kelly is a great psych! this has probly been the only time i’ve ever wrote a 2 star review and i hate doing it cus im a server and it affects my job security and i don’t want anyone to get in trouble at all but i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy they have a broken front door, nobody to answer it, i call and tell them im here, the lady who answered is in some office 1000 miles away and has no idea how to help me, you would really think they have this figured out. the doctor only called me 20 min into when my session was supposed to s... read more
