Very frustrating trying to work with a “middle man” in order to schedule an appointment or speak with someone regarding an appointment. They give you the runaround.
This place is a joke. They wasted 10+ mins of my time trying to pitch me their monthly membership of $39.99 while the appointments I was trying to book were filled due to them wasting time. Then, after they missed the opportunity to book due to pitching their sales pitch, tried to offer me to pay privately versus my insurance since they now had no openings.
