This office is a scam. They booked us for an appt. in Knoxville. The address is a bar. When I called they then told me the appt was over two hours away and charged me a cancellation fee despite abundant proof that we were told and indeed went to the false address. The provider was then no longer on the site so I am included to believe that at least some of these profiles are false. I was then told that they would waive the fee if I rescheduled. Absolutely loved working with Krystal. She was patient, calm, knowledgable, and professional. She is a somatic therapist and she knows her stuff. Initial Telehealth (Zoom) visit went well. John (therapist) explained the process, general timeline, a preliminary assessment, etc. Easy to talk, etc.
