Olivia is great!! My son said she is very easy to talk and makes things comfortable. He has only had a few sessions but so far everything has been great!
Literally dreadful they charge every cent they can. Customer service is a literal joke. My counselor said it was fine to email if I couldn't make a meeting... after that being said I got charged 135 dollars. My counselor quit and went to another counseling company with about 2 weeks of heads up.Then after all that they came back a month later taking another 30 bucks for something they miscalculated over half a year earlier. MONEY HUNGRY, Not here to help people.
I sat on zoom meeting for 22 minutes and provider never showed up. Very unhappy.
Jennifer is so easy to talk to and Raven is adorable.
Caryn is very likable and has a lot of experience. My first session went very well. I enjoyed talking with her. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
