Josephine has been great! She is my second therapist in 2 years & what a difference she has made in my life already. I can’t say enough about how great this experience has been. I look forward to my sessions every time. Not only is progress & encouragement happening but accountability is being held which what’s helping me the most. This is what I was missing in my previous experience. I’m loving it. I’m looking forward to the finished product.

Thriveworks is a great place to access for counseling. The company is very organized. These days it's not easy to get an appointment for mental health services, but the folks at Thriveworks are very efficient and make sure you have an appointment in hand the day you make your first call. The appointment will be within a reasonable period of time too. Their front-line customer service people know how to listen and understand your needs, so they match you with the right therapist. I am very impressed!
I had the pleasure of working with Deirdre Alsaidy at Thriveworks, and my experience has been incredibly positive. Deirdre’s professional yet warm approach made our sessions both productive and comfortable. I appreciate her thoughtful guidance and look forward to continuing our work together. Highly recommended!
