I immediately felt comfortable with Grace. She is kind and compassionate and can actually relate to my situation. I actually started following some of her advice immediately. I hope to have more productive sessions with her.
Thriveworks: Negligent billing department, counselors are so so, and the psychiatrists are awful. There are so many other options that aren't nearly as negligent. I'll go ahead and take my insurance and copays somewhere else. If I could leave a review without a star i would these people have diminished my faith in health care and all the people in it.
Thriveworks is amazing! Searching for a therapist can be a daunting task, but they make it so easy to look through options that are best for you. They have very informative questions and information about the different therapists available and what they specialize in. I absolutely LOVE the therapist I work with - Elizabeth Kia. She’s amazing and has been a crucial part of my healing journey recently. I’m so glad I took the step and that I took it with Thriveworks!
Overall amazing experience. I had one billing issue that seemed needlessly complicated to resolve, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. But Dr. Darian is amazing! She takes the time to listen to you about how you are and how the medication has made you feel. She’s never rushed me to end the zoom call. Make sure you pick the proper provider 😭😭 showed up to a zoom meeting significantly late, she kept blowing her nose, stood up to get water, began sneezing… all while I was trying to answer her questions. Anyways, terrible terrible terrible experience. I ended up asking to end the session and ended up paying for a session that literally the provider made to be an awful experience. First impressions are critical. They are essential. She was very not mindful, totally not demure
