It was my first appointment and Gerald Hayes no showed me. I tried calling the front desk and was never able to be routed because of a circular phone system saying to "stay on the line" but then "I'm sorry, please choose an option." For my first experience with this place, it was absolutely the worst one. Despite having advertised Independence Day hours from 8 am to 6:30 pm, they could not be bothered for an 11 AM appointment. Do not waste your time with this place.
Emerson Fetty is absolutely amazing. Since the first time I talked with him I felt comfortable and not judged. He listens to me and I know might sound crazy saying this. I’ve had therapist where I didn’t feel heard and they seemed to be annoyed with me. Emerson is not like that at all. I feel like I’m getting on a better track already and we just started appointments in Feb. He is knowledgeable and helps me know there is hope. I highly recommend Fetty!
I was incredibly fortunate to have Bill Zaffiro as both a colleague and a supervisor. As a colleague, I observed Bill as a pragmatist. His passion for the field of counseling is evident through his work ethic, the time he spends with his clients, and this is motivating for others. He is genuinely pleasant to work with. As a supervisor, Bill was foundational in my professional development as a counselor, and I could not have asked for a more individualized experience under his supervision. He is exceptional.
Bill Z is an exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled clinician. He aids clients in understanding and accepting their challenges, while also empowering them to make changes when necessary. As a supervisor, he is attentive and consistent, offering individualized guidance to promote professional development. I am very grateful to have worked with him!
I have known Bill Zaffiro for over a decade. Bill has a unique ability to make you feel comfortable allowing me to open up and share my problems with him. Bill is extremely compassionate and understanding person. He has helped me with some of my toughest problems. I would recommend him to anybody who needs help.
