I have only had 2 appointments so far but connected to my therapist quickly. The ease of finding a Dr and scheduling an appointment was super easy too.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer therapy services in Spanish. Bilingual therapists are a necessity, especially the Cedar Park & Leander communities.
Having a family member in therapy is always difficult, especially your child. From initial call to billing and all customer service contact and even the therapist themselves...everyone has been super kind, friendly and helpful. Great experience so far!!
I like customer service and the counselor was decent. She did freak when we missed an apt due to an emergency surgery I had. Just assumed we'd quit which was weird but overall not a bad experience.... until it came to billing. They auto draft your account with no notice and then we ended service over a month ago and we were still having money drafted. Tried calling multiple times and you can't get through to the billing department. Was on hold one time for 1 hour and 30 mins and then their system hung up on me. It's infuriat... read more
My biggest problem was their billing dept. The worst in billing handling and they DO NOT communicate or follow up with your requests. They admitted to making a mistake in not updating my health insurance records for 3 months!! So then I stated that since I wasn't billed for any co-pays, I cannot pay all backdated co-pays at once. Their email reply was they have no problem agreeing to a payment plan to get me caught up since they made the mistake. Well, that never happened.
