I have never felt the need to leave a review before, but this is my first and unfortunately, it comes from a place of frustration and disappointment. Today, I received an email just a few hours before my scheduled appointment stating it had been cancelled because my insurance couldn’t be verified. Thriveworks is an excelent service. I know people have their own personal experiences, good or bad, but I was blessed to be connected with Adam, my Therapist, whom I immediately bonded with. Adam is just so easy to talk to and I feel so much better after our sessions, as much so that look forward to our next meeting right after we finishing up. This has been a Godsend in my life, dealing with major depression and anxiety on the daily. I really can't say enough good things, so I will just leave it at that.
Leslie has incredible insight into asking me the right questions then helping me get unstuck. Her approach is simple yet effective in teaching me perspective of how I’m seeing and feeling about any matter. She’s awesome!
