there is no receptionist at the location and absolutely no help when you call customer service. They asked you to just wait….. after 30 minutes Eva walk in like she just woke up ,one hand on her hip ( How can I help you ) Afeter I told her been here to 30 minutes she said she was trying to close a program on her computer….. there is absolutely no level of professionalism in this location at all… do not recommend
while I like my therapist Thriveworks itself is awful to deal with. I called to reschedule an appointment because I am sick and they only care about getting their $135.00 cancellation fee. It is absolutely ridiculous. I tried fighting it, and this is a mental health corp? Won’t be using them any longer.
Rescheduled my appointment and this company stole 150.00 from me. Don’t go here!!! Please do your research on this company and the many lawsuits against them before using them!
Sarah Jane Devins is so easy to talk to. She's given me tools I can use and things to think about. I'm new to the adhd diagnosis but I think Sarah can help.
I have never felt the need to leave a review before, but this is my first and unfortunately, it comes from a place of frustration and disappointment.
