The chat person, Kenneth B., is not good at his job. It was like walking in circles. I say: I've been trying to reach out to the person I was seeing. Great overall. I was able to read about each person and choose them based on specialty and personality. The sessions are easy to plan, it uses zoom so I don't need to leave the house. And it is exceptionally affordable compared to other options. Very happy.
