The chat person, Kenneth B., is not good at his job. It was like walking in circles. I say: I've been trying to reach out to the person I was seeing. He then tells me who it was and their email and says "you need to reach out to them." Like, yeah.... I just told you I have been trying to get a hold of them and haven't been successful. Great overall. I was able to read about each person and choose them based on specialty and personality. The sessions are easy to plan, it uses zoom so I don't need to leave the house. And it is exceptionally affordable compared to other options. Very happy.
Danielle has been a great therapist. My goal was short term help for a specific issue. I feel I am making good progress and I am thankful for such quick results.
